// Who The Agency Desk Serves

Duty use · Official procurement

Agency pricing and agency configurations are for official duty use and are released against a verified agency identity. If you are a sworn officer or a service member buying for yourself rather than for the department, that is the individual purchase path — use the same form and select it as your inquiry type.

FEDERAL AGENCIES

Federal law enforcement, protective and investigative components purchasing under agency authority. We hold a CAGE code and UEI and can be onboarded as a vendor of record.

  • Purchase orders
  • Vendor onboarding
  • Sole-source packets

STATE, COUNTY & MUNICIPAL LE

Departments, sheriff’s offices, task forces and SWAT/SRT units standing up a patrol rifle program or replacing an aging fleet. Configuration is fixed and documented so rifle forty matches rifle one.

  • Fleet builds
  • Patrol rifle programs
  • SWAT / SRT

MILITARY UNITS

Unit-level purchases, non-standard equipment requests and government purchase card transactions within the cardholder’s authority. Class 02 SOT for NFA-classified items where the unit is the transferee.

  • Unit purchase
  • GPC
  • Non-standard equipment

CORRECTIONS & SPECIAL JURISDICTION

Departments of corrections, campus and transit police, tribal agencies, fire marshal and conservation law enforcement — anywhere sworn personnel carry a long gun on duty.

  • Sworn duty use
  • Tribal agencies
  • Campus / transit

GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS

Prime and subcontractors buying against a government requirement, and integrators specifying a rifle into a larger deliverable. Documentation travels with the order.

  • Prime / sub
  • Flow-down terms
  • Quote packages

TRAINING ORGANIZATIONS

Academies and agency training units running high-round-count schedules, where barrel life, parts commonality and a supportable maintenance plan matter more than the sticker.

  • Academy fleets
  • Sustainment parts
  • Armorer support

// What The Agency Desk Provides

Quotes · Evaluation · Sustainment

WRITTEN QUOTES

Line-item quotes against your configuration, valid for a stated period, in the format your purchasing office needs. Tell us the fields your PO system requires and they will be on it.

SOLE-SOURCE & SPECIFICATION SUPPORT

Where an agency intends to sole-source, we supply the technical justification — what the build does that a catalogue rifle does not, stated in defensible engineering terms rather than marketing language. We do not write your justification for you.

TEST & EVALUATION UNITS

Evaluation rifles for agencies with a live requirement, released against a signed T&E agreement to the agency — not to an individual. Availability and duration are confirmed case by case.

NFA ITEMS

SBRs and suppressors transferred to the agency as an FFL 07 / SOT Class 02. We are a Cerberus LiveScan partner and a Silencer Shop approved dealer, with digital NFA processing done on site at Stuart.

ARMORER SUPPORT & DOCUMENTATION

Torque values, headspace and gauging records, gas system settings and the build sheet for every serial number we ship, so your armorer inherits a rifle with a known history.

SUSTAINMENT & SPARES

Wear-part packages sized to the fleet, replacement bolts and barrels matched to what was originally supplied, and service work returned through the agency, not the retail queue.

// How An Agency Order Runs

SUBMIT THE REQUEST

Use the form below from an agency email address. Give us the requirement, the quantity and the timeframe — even approximate.

VERIFICATION

We confirm the agency and that the requester is authorized to act for it. Agency pricing is never released to a personal email address.

CONFIGURATION & QUOTE

We work the configuration with you — barrel, gas system, receiver, furniture, optic interface — and issue a written quote against it.

BUILD & DELIVERY

Built to the documented standard, gauged, recorded and shipped to the agency’s FFL or receiving point with the paperwork attached.

Have this ready when you write

  • Timeframe and whether the funds are already budgeted
  • The configuration, or the problem you want the configuration to solve
