Three steps
1 · Order online
Tell us about the barrel, then check out. Return shipping is calculated at checkout.
2 · Ship the barrel
When our email with shipping instructions arrives, send the barrel. The ramps cannot be reached on an assembled upper, so send the barrel on its own — or the upper, and we will quote taking it apart and putting it back together.
3 · Polished, returned
The ramps are polished, inspected and the barrel shipped back.

Good to know
Polish, not reshape. This polishes the surface of the feed ramps. It does not change their geometry, and we do not cut or alter feed ramps in upper receivers.
Not on an assembled upper. The upper has to be taken apart to reach the ramps. Send the barrel alone, or send the upper and we will quote the disassembly and reassembly.
Where we can return it. We do not ship barrel assemblies to California, Connecticut, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island or Washington, or to Denver, Colorado, or Cook County/Chicago, Illinois.
