01 Not a tier above the SSA®
The SSA-E® and the SSA® are both $250.00. Same chassis, different tune. Anyone selling it as the better one hasn’t compared the two prices.
02 The lightest break in the range
0.9–1.3 lb on the second stage, 2.9–3.8 lb total — lighter than the G2S®, the SSA® or the MBT-2S.
03 Made for the marksman’s rifle
Geissele positions it for designated-marksman rifles and describes it as the semi-automatic version of a two-stage used in the U.S. special operations community.
04 The upgrade on our lowers
The SSA-E® is the optional upgrade on our SOTM4 lowers. Want a flat bow? Geissele makes the same tune as the SD-E® — ask us.

Not approved for AR-9 or other pistol-caliber AR builds. None of our triggers — LaRue or Geissele — is approved for an AR-9 or a pistol-caliber upper. Geissele also excludes the SIG MPX/MCX, and fitting one in either voids Geissele’s warranty. Our lowers are rollmarked CAL: MULTI — if a pistol-caliber upper is on the plan, tell us before we fit a trigger.

We don’t stone, polish or modify sear surfaces. Every trigger goes in exactly as its maker built it, keeps the maker’s warranty in full, and is function checked by us. If you want a lighter break, the answer is a different trigger — not a modified one.
