Two stages, two springs, no screws.
01 The first stage carries the weight, not the consequence
Take-up runs about 2.5 lb before the wall. You can be fully into it with the decision still unmade — the right arrangement for a rifle carried loaded.
02 Two springs, one part
Ships with both the 4.5 lb and 6.0 lb springs. Treat the second spring as a configuration, not a spare. Same price, one SKU.
03 Nothing to adjust, nothing to drift
No set screws to back out or witness-mark. The weight is set by the spring you fit, and it stays there.
04 The traditional index
The curved bow matches the mil-spec profile most shooters learned on. If your rack is curved, matching it beats a marginal ergonomic preference.

Not approved for AR-9 or other pistol-caliber AR builds. The LaRue MBT-2S is for AR-15 and AR-10 rifles and pistols. It is not approved for an AR-9 or a pistol-caliber upper. Our lowers are rollmarked CAL: MULTI — if a pistol-caliber upper is on the plan, tell us before we fit a trigger.

We don’t stone, polish or modify sear surfaces. Every trigger goes in exactly as its maker built it, keeps the maker’s warranty in full, and is function checked by us. If you want a lighter break, the answer is a different trigger — not a modified one.
